Gayle Garner Roski believed that travel not only broadened the mind but also created a fresh eye for a painter. During her travels to India, she enjoyed learning about their spirituality and rich tradition. The hand-painted Rajasthan pendants captured her eye, and she affixed one of these pendants to each of the works in this series.
